A portrait of the daily lives of a mother and son who, despite their turbulent past, try to define what love is to them. Jan (60), is a bachelor who lives with his mother (89) in a small house in Kraków. Jan is retired and spends most of his time taking care of his mother, who is waiting for a peaceful death. He divides his love between his mother and his beloved subaru impreza 2001, which is one of his biggest accomplishments.
